1.Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are factory with 13 years experience. We are the only one manufacture that not only produces laser machine, but also produce laser tube in China.
2.Q: Where is your facotry located in? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Heqing town, Pudong district, Shanghai, China, 18KM from Shanghai Pudong International Airport. We can pick you up from Airport and arrive at factory within 20 mins. You are warmly welcome to visit us!!!
3.Q: What's your MOQ?
A: We don't have MOQ. No matter 1set order or 100sets order, we will give you support with our heart and soul.
4.Q: How do your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. Each YH laser machine will be tested by 24 items.After all the 24 items passed, then our QA do 48~72 hours reliability test.
Our laser machines has gained CE, FDA authentication.
Our GM said, producing unqualified products is producing rubbish. YH people always keep quality in mind.
